No International Orders will be Accepted.
Returns for online purchases only.
Our policy lasts 10 days from the receipt of you package. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If there is an issue with your wedding band please contact immediately so that we can correct the issue. Before shipping the band back to us for return or exchange your MUST contact us via phone at 1-800 -495-2630 or via email at sales@1weddingband.com to receive a R.A. number. (Return Authorization Number)
Customized items
Customized items, i.e. wedding band with engraving or custom made items are non-returnable. If you have ordered your wedding band in the wrong size and it has been engraved we can resize the ring for you as long as it is gold or platinum. Tungsten, Titanium and Cobalt Chrome wedding bands are not size-able.
Alternative Metal Wedding Bands
Tungsten, Titanium and Cobalt Chrome wedding bands do come with a lifetime warranty and if you ever need the ring sized contact us and we will exchange the ring, through our manufacturer, to your new size. If you not 100% sure of your ring size and wish to order a wedding band in Titanium, Tungsten or Cobalt Chrome and want engraving, we suggest ordering the wedding band first and either: 1) Get the band and make sure the size is correct and ship the ring back to us for engraving (there will be a shipping charge back to you) or 2) Order the band without the engraving and have it done at a local jewelry store. (Sometimes the engraving fee will be less than the shipping back to you, depending on your local jewelers charges) If you have any question on this policy please call so we can clarify any issues.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. An RA number is necessary for all packages, including items for sizing or other custom alterations.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
In store purchases are available for in store credit only.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged unless your wedding band is Tungsten, Titanium or Cobalt Chrome (These have a lifetime exhange policy due to the fact they can not be sized). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at adrienne@houstonjewelry.com for an Return Authorization Number "RA" and send your item to: 9521 Westheimer Rd STE A, Houston Texas US 77063.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
