Shipping policy

Most items ship the next business day, as long as your order has been received before 4pm C.S.T. If for any reason your item is out of stock you will receive a call or email from us with your estimated shipping date. Upon shipping you will receive an email with your tracking number and estimated delivery date. Delivery date will vary based upon your choice of shipping options. Packages are shipped through FedEx and the U.S.P.S. Once your package has shipped we have no control over shipping delays through these companies which include but not limited to: Natural Disasters, Inclement Weather, Worker Strikes, or loss or theft of the package. All Packages shipped are tracked and fully insured through these companies. In the event a package is lost or stolen please contact us immediately so that we can begin a claim as to not hold hold up your item any longer than needed.
